CANCELLATION | A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment, or you will be charged 50% of the service. The spot is reserved for you and only you. When self booking online, I require payment upfront, and a 24-hour notice is required to cancel otherwise there is no refund. If you can have someone come in your place, your fee is waived. *

NO SHOW | If you forget your appointment or decide not to come without notice, you will be warned first. If it happens again, you will be charged 50% of the service. If it happens a third time, you will be charged 100% of the service. After that, you will be discharged from my practice. My time is reserved to care for people. *

TARDINESS | Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot be extended beyond the stated time to accomodate late arrivals. There are people scheduled after. Please be on time to your appointment. *

SICKNESS | Massage/bodywork is not appropriate for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If this is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived. *
